Tash has a deep and wide understanding of the body, mind, and Spirit which allows her to integrate many modalities into her therapeutic approach. “My aim is balance. To use a carpenters analogy, I believe it is important to incorporate hammers and the finest sandpaper. I am practical in my healing arts strategy using whatever approach is the right tool for the job given where we are in the building process.” Tash believes health and wellness is something we build over time and this is why she cultivates therapeutic relationships with her clients. As they say, Rome wasn’t built in a day.

In addition to becoming a licensed massage therapist back in 1998, Tash completed extensive coursework in many other healing arts over a twenty eight year period.  She is certified nutritionist and personal trainer by The National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is a certified  CranioSacral therapist with the Upledger Institute, an Advanced Myoskeletal therapist as well as trained in Orthopedic massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release and Structural Integration. She never stops taking new courses and learning. While living in Annapolis, MD Tash worked in a local health club as the personal training director designing health and wellness regimens for the club’s clientele while growing her private practice. While on her journey, she devoted over seventeen years of study to learning important spiritual keys and tools. During this time, she delved deeply into the ancient teachings of the Divine with a Master Teacher.

She continues to learn and grow as a healing arts professional and published author. Tash lives with her wife of 21 years and three fur babies (Cassie-a 9 yr old Rhodesian Ridgeback mix, Sunny, a one yr old longhaired miniature dauchsand and our eldest 18 year old Frankie cat) in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains.  She moved from Annapolis, MD in 2012 started over in Charlottesville and eventually moved her busy practice from Charlottesville to Greenwood, VA in 2020 during the Covid- 19 pandemic. She works from a lovely home studio (separate from the main house).

A lifelong athlete, Tash enjoys strength training, road cycling,  mountain biking, motorcycles, surfing, exploring nature, camping and hiking. She understands the frustrations of pain, injury and being “stuck” in unwanted behaviors and has been giving and receiving bodywork for many years.
