Massage Classes

About Your Instructor

Nitasha Canine has been doing massage and bodywork full time since 1998. She was one of the first to recognize the benefits of massage therapy and foresee the current health and wellness boom. For over fourteen years she has developed her intuitive faculties and applied this healing modality to her work with patients suffering from chronic muscle pain, stress, cancer, strokes and many more ailments. She frequently works with athletes, white and blue collar workers, and the elderly. She has helped thousands of people live more healthy and balanced lives through stress reduction and wellness.

In her massage classes, Nitasha teaches the general public (many of them current clients), how to give the gift of healing to their loved ones. She does this through a simple, yet effective teaching style, allowing students to discover their own 'inner healer'. She believes that with practice and a general understanding of the human anatomy and spirit, students can unfold into massage practitioners and help their family and friends enjoy a life with less pain and stress.

All classes include theory, demonstration and hands on participation.
