Cryotherapy and Special Classes

Cryotherapy:

Orthopedic clinics, athletic trainers and massage therapy practices have begun leveraging localized cryotherapy for its remarkable advantages, especially in swiftly alleviating pain and reducing swelling and inflammation.

Given that each cryotherapy session typically lasts only around three minutes, we can efficiently add this onto any treatement with minimal time and an additional cost.  We offer memberships and packages. Purchase a package of 4, 8 or 12 sessions to significantly boost healing and treatment results. Patients can book stand alone or add on sessions.

Utilizing a smaller, highly portable tank, this cryotherapy approach can be deployed directly to an area without the need to submit one’s whole body to the cold. It effectively addresses injuries, enabling one to expedite their recovery process and swiftly return to their respective activities. It can aid in targeted fat loss (such as belly, thighs, neck) and burn up to 500 calories.

Subzero is the unit we use and continues to lead innovation in localized cryotherapy.

  • Subzero utilizes -110F CO2 under high pressure to pinpoint ultra-cold right where you want it
  • Red LED proximity warning light illuminates when the client’s skin is too cold and blinks when the Subzero is too close to the client’s skin
  • Non-surgical results with no bruising, no scarring and no downtime
  • Used to treat plantarfascitis, rhuematoid arthritis, pain, inflammation, and aesthetics such as fat reduction or skin tightening in neck and face.

Introduction to Native American Animal Medicine

Join me for a fun and interesting class. Participants should purchase the book “Medicine Cards” by Jamie Sams and David Carson. We will use this book to familiarize ourselves with some of the ways ancient people would use animal medicine to gain insights and communicate with Spirit. Animals exhibit habit patterns that can relay messages of healing, life lessons, strength, and more. These symbols once understood can then be used to interpret dreams and waking dreams, giving us communication with the Divine Source. This understanding brings more peace, balance and harmony into our life and can uplift us in our daily walk. It can smooth our way in life helping us to avoid unnecessary hardships as well as giving us the knowingness- we are never alone!

This class will begin to build a foundation for future classes where we explore more topics of interest. Each participant will have the opportunity to “tune in” to what I call the “God channel” and have a reading. There will also be time for sharing of experiences and to receive feedback.

Please contact me if you are interested.  Class will be held Sunday March 30th from 10am – 1:30pm. Possibly outside weather permitting. This work and more is offered on a one-on-one basis by appointment. Bring a friend or come by yourself. Suggested donation is $50
